Shipping Policies

At Razones, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. That’s why we partner only with reliable and well-known courier services.

  • While we aim to ship all items in one package, certain items may ship separately due to availability or product characteristics. We’ll inform you in such cases.

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged at delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our customer care team at +91 9942999820, mentioning your Order ID.

  • You can track your order at any time through the Track Your Order section on our website.

  • All shipped items will include a valid invoice with prices mentioned, in compliance with Indian tax regulations.

 

Shipping Partners

We ship all orders using reputed courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery. The shipping partner is automatically selected based on your delivery location and availability during checkout.

For certain remote locations, we may use EMS Speed Post on special request — but please note that we cannot guarantee EMS shipping, as India Post may inspect and reject shipments they deem unsuitable for transit.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 1:30 PM (Mon-Sat), except on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

  • Blue Dart pickups are arranged on the same day for orders created before 2:00 PM.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days across India. However, actual delivery may vary depending on the courier service and location. Please place orders in advance to avoid last-minute delays.

Warranty & Guarantee

Unless mentioned otherwise on the product page, all products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • If your product has any issues, notify us within the warranty period from the shipment date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping in case of warranty claims. We’ll reimburse the return shipping cost upon verification of the defect.

  • We will replace or repair the item free of charge, including prepaid shipping.

  • If a replacement is not available, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • The warranty is void if the product has been misused, modified, soldered, or damaged by static discharge or accidents.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Please share photos of the damaged or defective product with our support team.

  • We’ll evaluate the damage and decide the best resolution — replacement or refund.

  • If the product is not in stock, a full refund will be processed.

100% Refund / Replacement Policy

We stand by the quality and description of our products. In case of shipping damage, incorrect item, or missing parts, please report it within 2 days of delivery by raising a ticket through our Support page.

  • After your request is verified, we’ll issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • No returns or cancellations are accepted without a valid reason, as we follow strict quality protocols.

  • Razones reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Order Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel an order? Please email us as soon as possible. You can cancel or update your order only if it is still in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status.

  • If your order has already been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • In some cases, a 5% bank fee may be deducted from the refund depending on the payment gateway used.

  • No cancellations or returns will be accepted without a valid reason.

Return Guidelines

If our technical team confirms that the faulty item cannot be repaired remotely, we will issue an RMA Number. Clearly mention this RMA number on the shipping box (not the product packaging).

  • Do not write on the product’s retail box.

  • Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with your return.

  • We will dispatch a replacement within 2 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

Limits of Responsibility

We are not responsible for improper installation or incorrect wiring of our products. Ensure correct electrical polarity and follow all setup instructions carefully.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below are our cancellation guidelines:

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email only as soon as possible. Our customer service team will review and respond within 1 business day.

 

Cancellation Window

  • Only orders with status "Pending" or "Payment Verification" can be cancelled or modified.

  • Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations may incur a 5% processing fee, depending on the payment method used. This covers non-refundable transaction charges by payment gateways.

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Due to the nature of our products and strict quality protocols, cancellations without valid reason may not be accepted.

  • The final decision on cancellation requests rests solely with RAZONES.
